Now, development is further accelerated by AI technology, particularly generative AI, which requires enormous computing and storage resources. The rapid pace of development creates a critical need to expand infrastructure in line with demand. **Logistical Challenges in Data Center Establishment** The components required to build a data center are delivered from various parts of the world and involve customs handling, quality control, and interim storage before final assembly can take place. This involves sensitive and valuable equipment, where the supply chain must be both secure and optimized. A completed data center can contain up to 30,000 data racks with advanced components for storage, power supply, and processing capacity. Managing this volume within a given timeframe is a significant logistical challenge. The establishment of a data center typically spans a period of one to three years in a continuous flow. Once the project is completed, the organization is dissolved, and resources are reallocated to the next establishment. This requires a flexible and specialized logistics partner who can quickly build capacity for handling, assembly, transport, and customs processes. **The Role of Logistics in Hyperscale Data Centers** Hyperscale data centers, often located where there is good access to power and cooling solutions, are rarely built in densely populated areas. This means that the logistics solution must be both robust and adaptable to handle complex transport and assembly processes in remote locations.
